Gong sound healing, often called a gong bath, is a form of sound therapy where you "bathe" in deep, resonant vibrations to induce a meditative state. This gong and sound bath will run for an hour, during which time you may sit or lie down and allow the multi-layered tones to wash over or, you may wish to move or dance to the sound as it resonates with your body.

As the day of the gong bath approaches, you may become aware of things in your life that you wish to transmute. You are invited to write these down, bring them with you to the gong bath, and present them to Martin at the beginning. They will be placed in a sacred bowl; as wishes or intentions to be offered to Spirit, the great mystery, to support the changes you want to see in your life.

About Martin
Martin is a qualified sound therapy practitioner. He was introduced to sound bath through gong-master Leith James.

Martin underwent gong training with Leith and since has run many sound bath events with gong, singing bowl, didge, drum and bells.
Martin is an accomplished healing practitioner and shamanic, intuitive guide. With a decade of experience in Dreamtime healing, the additional depth he brings to gong and sound baths makes the difference between simply allowing the frequencies to do their work and opening the possibility of going deeper to receive a more effective healing.
Martin doesn’t just present the instruments. He intuitively reads the room and is guided to play in a way that serves the best and highest good of everyone present.
