A unique opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness away from the busy city life. This retreat will cover both theory of mindfulness and practical exercises & meditations leading you towards inner calm, presence and well-being. Throughout the day you will be guided through a variety of different practices, including mindfulness of breath and body awareness, mindful walking & movement, mindful eating and sitting meditations. There will be opportunities to rest, relax and connect with nature.
Who is it suitable for?
This retreat is suitable for anyone who would like to learn about mindfulness, and bring positive change and transformation into their lives. No prior knowledge or experience in mindfulness or meditation is required. It will also help you deepen your practice if you have prior experience with mindfulness.
What to bring?
- An open and curious mind
- Morning and afternoon tea/snacks will be provided
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Please bring your lunch, water and a hat as part of the retreat will be outside
